You can also give managers visibility of other teams or business areas where needed, so they have the information they need before approving holiday requests.
The Team Calendar shows holidays and other absences month by month, with simple controls to move between months and switch between teams. That makes it easy to check availability, spot busy periods and see who’s off at a glance.
Employees get a read-only view of their own team calendar, helping them check who else is off before they request holiday. Sickness absence is not shown in this employee view, and you can turn the read-only team calendar off if you prefer to keep team holiday visibility restricted.
Calculating holiday entitlement can quickly become complicated, especially for new starters, leavers and part-time staff. The Holiday Tracker takes care of the calculation for you, so you don’t have to work it out from scratch each time.
Add the employee’s base entitlement, start date and working pattern, and The Holiday Tracker calculates their holiday allowance automatically. Public holidays are included by default, helping ensure employees receive the right entitlement based on the days they actually work. You can adjust this if needed.
